Terms and Conditions of Booking

ACCOMMODATION
All bookings for Overnight Tours are subject to the availability of accommodation. Your booking becomes valid once Port Campbell Touring Company has confirmed your accomodation and received your deposit payment. The person making a group booking is presumed to have such authority from other members of the group.
Pricing is based on a twin share basis. A single supplement will be levied if clients wish to have their own room.
All accommodation utilized will be 3.5 to 4 star.
CURRENCY, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST. To view a currency converter, please go to xe.com.
BOOKING
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival date.
CHILDREN
Children under 14 years that require a seat receive a 20% discount.
DISCOUNT
Group bookings of 10 or more receive substantial discounts on all tours offerred.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
Individual, Charter and overnight tour cancellation of a tour booking within 24 hours prior to the departure of the tour will result in no refund of monies paid. This includes failure of the guest to arrive at the pick up point at the designated time.
Individual, Charter and overnight tour cancellation of a booking within seven days prior to the departure will result in a 50% refund only of monies paid. Individual, Charter and overnight tour cancellation of a booking longer than seven days prior to the departure will result in a 80% refund only of monies paid.
CANCELLATIONS/ALTERATIONS BY PORT CAMPBELL TOURING COMPANY
In the unlikely event that we are unable to operate for any reason, Port Campbell Touring Company reserves the right to cancel any booking. If Port Campbell Touring Company cancels a confirmed booking within 14 days of scheduled dates you may choose between alternative dates (of equal value) or a full refund.
Port Campbell Touring Company reserves the right to make changes to your itinerary that is necessary for the trip to operate. If the alterations change the nature of the trip significantly beyond the description / original itinerary we will advise you as soon as possible and offer you a choice of accepting the altered itinerary (with any corresponding price adjustment), transferring to another trip or date, or accepting a full refund for any unused services.
Port Campbell Touring Company is not responsible and you and your group release and forever abandon any claim you may have against Port Campbell Touring Company in relation to any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your altered / cancelled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non refundable flights or loss of enjoyment etc.
HOLIDAY PERIODS
Port Campbell touring Company does not operate overnight tours over the Christmas period (25 December - 1 January) and Easter periods.
PRICE INCREASES
Port Campbell Touring Company reserves the right to change any of the prices or services or other particulars contained in the brochure/ website. If there is a change we will notify you in advance of your trip and you will have the option of accepting the change or obtaining a full refund.
TRAVEL & MEDICAL INSURANCE
Port Campbell Touring Company strongly advise taking out insurance for medical expenses, (especially overseas visitors) for unforseen losses, damage or injury, cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, cancellation fees and loss of luggage.
For residents of Australia, in the case of extreme emergency please ensure that your ambulance registration is up to date, before you leave home, as this cost is payable by yourselves.
You and your group acknowledge that if required Port Campbell Touring Company would arrange medical or hospital treatment (including ambulance transportation) for you and for all members of the group.
By confirming your booking you and your group authorise such action being taken and agree to meet all costs associated with such action.
CLIENT 'S HEALTH
Port Campbell Touring Company itineraries are for people in good health. It is the customers responsibility to inform Port Campbell Touring Company of any health concerns which may impact upon the tour about to be undertaken. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking based on any information revealed to us. If you are unsure about your, or your group’s ability to undertake the tour, please discuss with us and if necessary consult with your local doctor.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Due to remoteness, potential extremes of weather, increased risk of personal injury while walking, etc, the client acknowledges that there is a greater risk while on tour and you and your group acknowledge these increased risks.
It is you and your group’s responsibility to behave sensibly on each tour and not take risks. On payment of your trip you acknowledge that you and your group have the appropriate skills and appitude necessary to undertake the tour.
LUGGAGE
One suitcase per person plus an overnight bag (airline cabin size).
SMOKING
No smoking is allowed in the vehicles or in the accommodation rooms.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a difficulty or complaint during your trip please immediately bring it to the notice of your Port Campbell Touring Company staff member, or accommodation host. They should be able to provide a remedy on the spot so you can continue to enjoy your holiday.

- Package available for a minimum two people
- Package available from 1 September 2010 – 30 April 2011 (subject to motel availability).
- High season surchage $150 per person (High Season 25 December - 15 January, Good Friday - Easter Monday inclusive)
- Accommodation is based on twin share at Portside Motel, Port Campbell.
Single room incurs an additional cost
- Advertised walk is a self guided walk (tour guide can be arranged at additional cost).
