This 4km walking tour takes in the magnificent coastal scenery and natural wonders, then goes on to discover the significance of the wreck of the Loch Ard in 1878. Finally, the tours ends at Mutton Bird Island to watch the short-tailed shearwaters return to the island in their thousands just after sunset.

  • Walk on Loch Ard beach and to the old cemetery – immerse yourself in history
  • Walk to Island Archway and The Razorback
  • Walk the cliff top and visit Muttonbird Island, and view the Muttonbirds (in season)

Milanesia Beach to Moonlight Head
Unaccompanied Walks - You will be picked up from the Port Campbell area, and dropped off on the Great Ocean Walk just above Milanesia Beach. We will pick you up 4 - 6 hours later (by arrangement) from Moonlight Head and return you to Port Campbell.
The walk is approximately 14kms and will take up to six hours. This is one of the most spectacular sections of the Great Ocean Walk. A minimum charge of $280 applies.

Accompanied Walks - Port Campbell Touring Company can provide a walking guide with your group. A minimum charge, including transport to and from Port Campbell and the guide, is $500.

Princetown to Glenample
If 14 kilometers is a bit too far then consider being dropped off on the last section of the Great Ocean Walk at Princetown. We will pick you up 5 kilometers later at the end of the walk opposite Glenample Homestead, adjoining Gibson Steps beach.
This is offered as an unaccompanied walk and offers great coastal scenery, including the Twelve Apostles. A minimum charge of $160 applies.

Walk and Tour
As the Great Ocean Walk finishes 1km east of the Twelve Apostles, and 5kms east of Loch Ard Gorge, we can offer a walk and tour package at the end of the Great Ocean Walk. Prices are subject to individual requirements.

Morning and evening beach fishing trips are offered. Crofts Bay is sheltered from the prevailing south westerly winds and although we can't promise you will catch a fish, it is a great spot to start or finish a day!

Trips are offered subject to weather and all surf rods, bait and tuition are included.

A minimum of two and maximum of four people are required. Prices are subject to application but are in the range of $70 per person.
